The moment you turn onto the 5-kilometre road from Combejean leading to the hamlet of Le Priou, you completely unwind. Le Priou is a small hamlet close to Saint-Chinian, where you will find all amenities. The beach and airport are a 45-minute drive, Béziers and Narbonne are 40 minutes away.

  Ground floor: Going up a few steps, you enter the house via a hall. From here, you can access the kitchen and the living room with dining area. The big windows open up to the small garden/terrace with room for a dining table and sunbeds. This floor also has a WC with washbasin. First floor: This floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom (shower, washbasin, connection for washing machine). Both bedrooms give access to a terrace. Extras: The property is on a slope and includes a barn/shed (partly used as storage room, partly collapsed). Up the small road, you will come to a small garage (currently without door, too small to park a car but great for extra storage). Going up some more will lead to an extra piece of land big enough to park a car. The house has solar panels, however, they have never been connected.

  Le Priou is a small hamlet with only a few people living there year-round. That is why you will benefit from a pieceful and quiet environment. Saint-Chinian, a small town with its own wine appellation, is only 8 minutes by car (or 45 minutes by foot). Here, you will find all amenities like a bakery, a butcher, a pharmacy, super markets, several restaurants, and a tourist office. Every Sunday from 08h00 to 13h00, a market is held on the Rue de la Promenade and in front of the Mairie. There are about 40 stalls, half food and half non-food. There is also a market on Thursday, at the same hour and in the same spot, but the one on Sunday is livelier.
