COVID-19 UPDATE
New Lockdown declared in France as of Friday 30th October

We are now in a new lockdown period in France.

If this means you can no longer come and visit properties with us in person, you can rest assured that we are continuing to work for you. We are doing the following:

  • Updating and adding new properties on our website
  • Exchanging emails and calls with buyers and vendors
  • Putting together property lists, sending you available information and material on your preferred properties
  • Accompanying you on live virtual tours
  • Taking on new sales mandates
  • Carrying out virtual signing using an e-signing facility for all legal documents.

The buying process will continue for all the ongoing sales as notaires, banks, administrations and France Property Angels continue to work.

Caveirac

Cavairac is the first village of the Vaunage that you come to after leaving the town of Nimes. It is sometimes referred to as  “la Porte de la Vaunage” (the gateway to the Vaunage Valley).

It is situated in the Gard at 8 km from Nimes, 35 km from Uzes, 40 km from Arles, 50 km from Montpellier and 50 km from Avignon. It is also just half an hour away from the local beaches and 45 minutes from the foot of the Cevennes Mountains (the Southern part of the massif Central).

Caveirac is a big village of nearly 4000 inhabitants, many of whom work in the nearby town of Nimes. You will find all the necessary services in the village or very close-by as you go towards Nimes.

You will appreciate the elegant architecture of its chateau and Village Square as well as the quite active cultural life of the village.

Caveirac is the starting point of the “Voie verte”, a cycling/ running / skating track build on the former railway that goes through the Vaunage Valley all the way to Sommieres (20 km of track).

Caveirac is an active village of Languedoc Roussillon with its own charm and personality but that also benefits from the influence of its big local neigbour, Nimes.
