France continues to ease the lockdown restrictions.

All travel restrictions within France have now been lifted and travel to France from other EU countries is now possible. We also hope that travel to France from the UK will be made much easier in the coming weeks. Please check the exact conditions according to your personal situation before you travel

We are once again offering a full service taking on new mandates and organising accompanied property viewings with those clients who are able to travel. Please note that we are following government guidelines on all security measures to be taken to ensure your safety and our safety.

If you are not able to come out for viewings we can put together a property list, send you available information and material on your preferred properties and accompany you on live virtual tours. In addition we have an e-signing facility for all legal documents

With our best wishes to all our clients from the France Property Angels Team

Summer, cycling and the tours!

The ski lifts of St Gervais & Megeve have finally stopped turning, as the season comes to a close. It always seems wrong when you look up and the mountains are still white and yet more snow is forecast down to 1500m of altitude this week.

But not for long, in the valley floor fruit trees are in bloom, and tulips in full flower as the change of season starts to creep up the hillside.

There is lots to look forward to in St Gervais & Megeve this summer.

Starting on 5th June with the now internationally renown TimeMegeve Cyclosportive, (http://www.csportsmegeve.com/fr/information/time-megeve-mont-blanc-2016) with three distances available to the participants, each taking in a selection of famous Tour de France Cols.

Its quite remarkable to see what you ski over in winter.

But the biggest, most anticipated event this summer is of course, the world famous Tour de France. With a Time trial from Sallanches to Megeve on Thursday 21 July, and stage 19 from Albertville finishing in St Gervais on Friday 22nd July, and stage 20 to Morzine starting in Megeve on 23rd July, its going to be a big week.

Being the last three days before the wheels finally roll in along the Champs Elysees its sure to be some of the most exciting days of the Tour.

Time1You can see all the TdF details on the official website here; http://www.letour.fr/le-tour/2016/us/overall-route.html

You can see the full details of stage 19 here; http://www.letour.fr/le-tour/2016/us/stage-19.html

Why not make a trip of it, come and see St Gervais in its summer glory and experience Tour fever. Theres sure to be a buzz about town!!
